Villa Brands Ltd offers a 14 day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you wish to return your purcahse this must be done in writing via email to hello@white-bird.co.uk

When purchasing you have a 90 day Warrantee when purchased from new.

If you have any issues that prevent the product from being used as intended, you may be entitled to a refund of your purchase

and a replacement product (or part) sent to you.

This does not include damage due to negligence, unauthorised modifications, natural disaster, theft or loss.

Replacement parts or full units will have a further 90 days warranty. 

Replacement parts or full units are subject to availability.

If you wish to use the warrantee, you must complete a warrantee claim form, giving as much information regarding the issue and reason for claiming.

Villa Brands Ltd will require further information to process your claim once your form is submitted, if you do not reply to communications we will be unable to process your claim.
